Quality objectives that support the implementation of this policy are established through the management review process.

The directors and management of Avonside Group are committed to operating every aspect of the business to those standards that offer the highest possible quality of service to all of our clients. This is supported by a progressive management style, and provision of resource, that encourages a customer orientated quality culture throughout the company.

To reinforce this commitment, a Quality Management System (QMS) that conforms to the International Standard BS EN ISO 9001:2015 operates in all areas of the company.

The management is committed to the continuous improvement of the QMS by establishing and reviewing quality objectives for all areas of the company. This is to ensure that the company operates effectively and efficiently and meets the needs of customers and statutory and regulatory requirements.

We have set the following quality objectives: –

  • To meet and, where possible, exceed the expectations of our customers
  • Deliver products and services that meet the requirements of our customers on time.
  • Standardisation of business processes throughout the company.

To support these objectives, all employees are trained in relevant aspects of the system, understand the importance of what they do and are communicated with on a regular basis with regard to the operation and improvement of the system.

Contact with customers is also maintained and supported by documented procedures and includes opportunities for customers to provide feedback and contribute to the maintenance and development of a quality focused ethos within the company.

This process, together with internal quality audits, data analysis and management of corrective and preventive actions provide the forum through which objectives are monitored and updated.
