Avonside Group makes boardroom changes to support further business growth

We are pleased to announce recent senior-level boardroom changes to support the further dynamic business growth of Avonside Group.

Our founder and former CEO, Tony Burke has taken up the role of Executive Chairman in a move which will enable us to develop our corporate focus further and, in turn, accelerate our growth story.

Additionally, Eddie Stanton, previously our Flat Roofing Divisional Director, has been appointed to the position of CEO assuming the responsibility for the Finance, Operational and Commercial functions of the Group. Meanwhile, Bracknell Roofing’s (part of Avonside Group) Director Simon Smith has become the Group Commercial Director, responsible for Sales and Procurement. This complements the recent appointment of Raj Bhogaita as Group Chief Financial Officer.

As part of the leadership team, Andrew Morley will continue to head up the operational team in his role as Chief Operations Officer. Kyle Burke continues his role as Systems and Integrations Director as does Keith Kershaw in his role as Acquisitions Director. Both Vince Hughes and Chris Firth also continue to sit on the Board in their positions as Regional Operational Directors.

“The change allows us to cement recent growth and positions Avonside Group to accelerate further as we move to widen our operational capability for our valued client base.

“The team is well equipped to drive the key areas of the business forward at board as well as branch level. The business is well placed to meet the challenges that lie ahead, whilst taking full advantage of numerous opportunities presented within the house-building sector.”
