The Avonside Group is the UK’s largest building envelope service provider with divisions working across Roofing, Energy and Plumbing.

To support our continued ambitious growth plans we are looking to appoint a Bid Team Administrator for Avonside Roofing Limited based at our Head Office in Heywood.

About the Role

This is an exciting new role for Avonside and will be central to supporting our business development and Bid Team.

Role and Responsibilities

You will be involved in end-to-end tender process including:

  • searching for opportunities,
  • supporting the writing and submission of bids and
  • the provision of data and reporting and maintaining the integrity of data within the CRM and ERP systems.

Required Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role we are looking for a candidate with:

  • 6 – 12 months in a sales or commercially focused administration role ideally with some involvement in preparing bids,
  • excellent communication skills,
  • strong Word, Excel and CRM experience (ideally Salesforce) and
  • GCSE Maths and English at grades A-C (or equivalent qualifications).
