Commercial Manager – Worcester

About the Role

To assist with our continued expansion, we are looking to appoint a Commercial Manager in our Plumbing division to provide support with our Estimating and Contract negotiation. The role will involve attending site pre-start; progress and supplier review meetings.

Required Skills and Experience

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Experience in contract management and value engineering
• An enviable track record in maintain Health and Safety across sites
• Proficient customer management and service skills along with excellent communication skills
• The ability to read construction drawings and accurately quantify from such or from your own survey and the ability to read and populate BOQ’s is essential
• To be able to negotiate and secure projects and an appetite to seek leads and develop relationships with both customers and suppliers.
